BashonGhor Terms and Conditions:
1. Product Usage: Prior to purchasing any product, please refer to the usage instructions provided. Exercise caution while using the product. "BashonGhor" will not be held responsible for any product damage resulting from misuse.
2. Delivery Charges in Dhaka: Delivery charges within Dhaka North and South City Corporation areas are Tk 80.
3. Delivery Charges Outside Dhaka: For areas outside Dhaka City Corporation, the delivery charge is Tk 200. A Tk 200 advance payment is required to confirm orders outside Dhaka.
4. Urgent Delivery: Applicable only within Dhaka North and South City Corporation areas. Urgent delivery charges amount to 200 taka. Delivery within 24 hours (working days) after order confirmation. Conditions apply.
5. Price Alteration: Prices of any product are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Delivery Timeframe: Maximum delivery time is 3-5 days within Dhaka and 5-10 working days for orders outside Dhaka.
7. Product Change and Payment Options: Options for product exchanges and different payment methods are available.
8. Product Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your product while the delivery personnel are present. The package, box, and accessories must be checked at the time of delivery. All transaction-related dues must be settled in the presence of the delivery personnel.
9. Pricing Policy: All product prices on the 'BashonGhor' page are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date prices. However, in the event of a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to make corrections or changes.
10. Stock Availability: While we aim to keep all products in stock, it may not always be feasible. If a product is out of stock, we'll promptly inform you and provide an alternative or a refund.
11. Payment Methods: Presently, we process orders through Cash on Delivery, Development, and Cash.
12. Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, contact our customer service. Efforts will be made to cancel the order; however, if the order has been shipped or cancellation isn't feasible for other reasons, it will proceed as scheduled.
13. Refund Policy: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
