1. Green Veggie & Egg Plate đĨĻđĨ
Ingredients:
đĨĻ Steamed broccoli
đą Fresh green beans
đĨ 2 boiled eggs, halved
Instructions:
Arrange broccoli, green beans, and eggs on the plate.
Drizzle with olive oil or a light vinaigrette.
2. Arugula & Corn Plate đŊđĨŦ
Ingredients:
đĨŦ Fresh arugula
đŊ 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels
đĨ 3 boiled quail eggs
Instructions:
Place arugula as the base, adding corn and eggs on top.
Serve with a light lemon dressing.
3. Grilled Fish & Broccoli Plate đđĨĻ
Ingredients:
đ Grilled fish fillet
đĨĻ 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
đŊ 1/4 cup corn kernels
Instructions:
Arrange fish, broccoli, and corn on the plate.
Add a small side of mustard or spicy dipping sauce.
4. Shrimp, Egg & Corn Plate đ¤đĨđŊ
Ingredients:
đ¤ 1/2 cup cooked shrimp
đĨ 2 boiled eggs, halved
đŊ 1/4 cup corn
đą Snap peas for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange shrimp, eggs, and corn neatly on the plate.
Sprinkle with salt and chili flakes for extra flavor.
5. Cucumber & Grilled Fish Plate đĨđ
Ingredients:
đ Grilled fish fillet
đĨ 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
đą Snap peas for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange fish, cucumber, and peas on the plate.
Serve with a side of lemon or garlic sauce.
6. Broccoli & Tomato Sauce Plate đĨĻđ
Ingredients:
đĨĻ Steamed broccoli
đĨ 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
đ
2 tbsp spicy tomato sauce
Instructions:
Plate broccoli, cucumber, and sauce in sections.
Enjoy as a light and flavorful snack!
