Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: On-site (Dhaka, Bangladesh)

is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Exterior & Interior) to join our design and ex*****on team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, material and quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring that both architectural and interior works are executed according to design, drawings, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily construction and interior site activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Coordinate with design for smooth project ex*****on.
* Review and interpret working drawings, specifications, and material samples.
* Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and material usage on-site.
* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
* Conduct quality checks for finishing, alignment, and detailing for both exterior and interior works.
* Support procurement and material delivery follow-up in coordination with the office team.
* Ensure safety measures and maintain a clean, organized work environment on-site.
* Assist in measurement verification and final handover documentation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for experienced candidates).
* 1â2 years of site supervision experience in both exterior and interior projects.
* Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and using MS Office for reporting.
* Strong understanding of finishing materials, joinery, fittings, and construction detailing.
* Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Facilities:
6 working days per week
Office hours: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM
