Celebrating the 104th Birth Anniversary of "Shilpaguru Safiuddin Ahmed"
Sharing some cherished moments from the Children’s Art Workshop & Exhibition 2026, held at Safiuddin Shilpalay in celebration of the 104th Birth Anniversary of Shilpaguru Safiuddin Ahmed.
A particularly meaningful part of the programme was the participation of children from Marie Curie School, Dhaka, who explored the creative possibilities of ceramics and hands-on art-making in a welcoming and engaging environment.
Through clay, touch, form, imagination, and creative expression, each child was encouraged to engage with art in their own unique way. Their curiosity, enthusiasm, and individual approaches to working with clay made the workshop a truly memorable experience.
The programme was a heartfelt tribute to Shilpaguru Safiuddin Ahmed’s enduring artistic legacy, connecting his creative spirit with a new generation through art, inclusion, learning, and shared experiences.
