Good Monday News ♥️
Last week, I finished everything I had planned — and that doesn’t always happen!
I made a completely new character for me: a little monkey Lumi, along with two tiny dolls from my Leka series.
So I’m starting this new week feeling very pleased with the last one — and ready for what’s next.

Meet Lumi, a tiny monkey carved by hand from beech wood.
Just 5.5 cm tall, with movable arms, a flexible tail and her own silk dress.
A new little character in the world I’m creating.
Follow along to meet more wooden characters and see how I make them.

Do you remember Patricia? 🤍
This is what she looked like before I painted her and made her clothes.
I like looking back at this stage, when her character is already there, but the wood is still bare.

Well, hello again! It’s only been a week, but it feels like ages since I last posted here 😅
My husband and I have a little tradition: we take a short trip at the end of September♥️
We’ve just spent five days in Montenegro. I really enjoyed our little holiday, but I’m also happy to be home and back in my studio🪵

I’m happy to share that I’ll be taking part in the Salon de la Miniature et du Modèle Réduit in France again this October!🤍
This will be my second time at this intimate miniature show, organised by Le Club de la Maison Miniature (thank you Alain Malatesta).
I really enjoyed the atmosphere last time, and the organising team is incredibly warm and welcoming.
If you’re in Paris or nearby, I’d love to meet you there and show you my miniature wooden characters up close.
