It is with the saddest heart I Chelsea Marie was forced by Anne Hails & Trudi rodgers Jessop to end my lease early and vacate the premise immediately on June 23.
I reminded them both that I had a singed lease that was good until Oct 2023. They didn’t like that and didn’t appreciate the threat of me staying thru my lease, so Anne took it upon herself to remove me from the alarm code (illegal) so I had no choice but to get my things out that night…EVERYTHING
It all started with a meeting that was on their terms only, if I said something they did not like they attempted to stand up and walk off. Leaving the conversation with no ending. It had been a long time coming, they wanted me to work for them but make my own money lol
Anne spent all of Friday afternoon passively asking me nasty questions, bribes to leave early, changed the alarm code, sat 15 feet away from me all day with no reason. She refused to speak about the alarm so I called rcmp. They came and told Anne and trudi to back off and leave me alone.
Dickens was not the right place for me or JD’s tavern.
I know a lot of you have hung on since the beginning and I can never apologize for the circumstances enough. I can never make it up to up. When I get my new store up and running, your welcome to come in for 50% off 1st months rent 🩷
I wish I could go back and see where I went wrong. But it is out of my control now, to all my vendors I’m juggling my my $$, I am going to try to refund a portion of your rent, for the hassle Dickens & I have caused you. I wish I could do more. I’m sorry that I can’t.
