Hi All!!! It’s almost that time of year again! Yes, we may all dread the inevitable winter ahead of us, but you don’t have to dread shovelling that snow on your driveway! We are now offering our snow removal services and packages, so you don’t have to worry about anything!

Our offers include:
- $25/visit
- $130/month (unlimited visits)
- $720 upfront for Oct. 15- April 15 (unlimited visits- that comes out to $120 a month!)
- Contact for other available pricing (Senior Discounts offered as well!)

*Monthly pricing is billed on the FIRST of each month*
**$25/visit billed at the END of the month**

Hi everyone, the weather is finally nice!! I’ve been seeing lots of posts for window washing lately and have an answer to those asking.

As most of you know, I am a certified master electrician that is adding more home services to my lineup of offerings. Our first add on is window washing. We brings our high functioning autistic son Shae with him to do interior windows.

Introductory Pricing until June 1 (any messages (PM, email or text) for appointments after June 1 will be booked at his new pricing)

We offer exterior cleaning for $4/frame
Interiors & Exteriors $7/window frame or
“The works” $10/window (includes interior & exterior, tracks, screens and frames). Patio doors count as 2.

After June 1 pricing will be:

Exteriors Only
$59 (up to 10 windows)
$99 (11-20 windows)
$159 (21-30 windows)
$199 (31-40 windows)

Interior & Exterior pricing after June 1:
$99 (up to 10 windows)
$175 (11-20 windows)
$225 (21-30 windows)
$299 (31-40 windows)

Tracks & screens $5/window.
We offer pressure washing of your house too PM me for pricing on this.
