“Mud, Sweat & Gears” is probably a title I will be using for a lot of bike pieces - it’s just too perfect.

Did you know I re-use a lot of my titles? It’s so hard to come up with generic titles, so I’ve started a list for some of my different themes. Of course, when someone purchases, I always offer to change it to something more personal. People like to include names when possible, especially for the wedding ones. Camping or cottage pieces often get the name of a lake. Other times it’s a short meaningful quote, song title or lyric (when it can fit).

I’m always looking for generic title suggestions to add to my list - you can share some with me in the comments if you think you know something that would work well. The punniest and cheesiest the better!

If you noticed I’ve been totally MIA, it’s because I have recently moved and so my studio has been downsized. Setting it all back up has taken some time. Moving so many rocks is never recommended!

But - here are two new pieces!

“Love Story” and “By My Side” (both are matted and framed in a black 11x14, for $130 each) and are a perfect addition to any cottage.

These pieces contain stone, seaglass, and wood cut from a driftwood plank

I have a lot of fun making up cheesy caption/titles, but I do reuse my favourite ones! This one, titled “Powder To The People” might also have been:

⛷️ “It’s all downhill from here”

OR

⛷️ “The snow must go on!”

…of course - anytime a piece sells, the buyer can have any title they want (as long as it fits!)

Two more pups ready to be in their forever homes!

Both of these are matted and framed in black 9x9 and are $85.

The first, titled “Puppy Love” depicts a dog, dog walker, driftwood and pebbles. The second one, titled “Little Sidekick” features a person with a dog, driftwood, pebbles and a purple-toned stone heart.

These two are both titled “Fireside Friends” and I imagine these cozy campfire scenes would be great for a cottage!

One is matted and framed in a black 11x14 and depicts two couples, while the other is matted and framed in a grey/brown 12x12 and features four friends. Each are $90 and available.

I bet almost everyone has made some memories around a campfire!

Two wedding scenes are currently available!
Both are matted and framed in a black 11x14, and each are $140.

“Dancing in the moonlight” & “Forever Mine” are the current captions, but - as always, I can change to a custom one. Usually people buying as a gift opt to add the names of the couple and the wedding date for a personal touch.

I started to make some of my multi-scene type pieces in 12x12 (as opposed to the 20x20 XL) and I like the challenge of making them as elaborate, but scaled down in size. I use smaller stones, leave less (but still some) white space and use as many textures as possible.

These two, when placed side by side almost look like they could be a continuation of one another, which has me thinking on a future idea! Both of these pieces are matted and framed in a 12x12, and contain beach barks, seaglass and various types of stone/pebbles. They are available - each one is $225, or purchased together for $400.

“Outdoorsy” features four people (one fishing) and some stones with a purpley tone to them. Did you spot the wish stone I added?

“Nature is calling” depicts five people/hikers and an amber seaglass campfire. I added the most perfect moon made of round white seaglass!

Can we talk about this one for a sec?

I LOOOOVE putting these plant collections together. It’s the only collection that I get to use endless greens and the colours really pop! I’m always going to make these - but I have to tell you I won’t always have them available or be able to make them up quickly. I do have a LOT of green glass in my collection, but did you know there are actually a lot of different seaglass greens? I try to match up darker shades to use together (you can see a darker plant top/centre, but sometimes I don’t have the right combinations. It’s also not always about having enough of a colour - it’s about the right shapes too.

This one is available - it’s framed in white, but as always, the frame can be swapped out for black or a grey/brown. It’s matted and framed in 12x12 and contains 90 pieces of genuine seaglass; some blue (and 14 wave worn tiles, and a little driftwood)!

The Plant Collection ~ $160

Did you notice my favourite one? It’s the small cactus in the middle potted in a tea cup! (I used a little white curly glass bit that I’d been hanging on to for a while as the handle!)
