Mother’s Day has passed and these lovely cards have gone to their equally lovely recipients, so I may as well share them! I have no idea how long this butterfly paper has been hiding in my stash, nor when I acquired it, but I was happy to use it for two wonderful women in my life 🥰

We celebrated my brother’s birthday yesterday with a delicious family dinner, and I was excited to create a couple of cards for the occasion. I tried my best to colour the little kitty to match his fur kid, Marley 🐾 He is also a fellow plant lover, hence card number 2 🪴💌

Another day (or several days), another stack of scraps turned into beautiful cards 👌🏼 The colours in the Inked Occasions kit from last April are stunning (and I love the gold accents! ✨). I’m so glad I decided to cut up the card bases to maximize my stash 💌

I’m excited to share I’ll have these beauties at a market later this month! is hosting a spring market at on Saturday, April 25th from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. There’ll be lots of great vendors, fun activities for kiddos, adoptable furiends, and food trucks. Hope to see you there! 🌷

Ok internet, prepping this post gave me pause. Not because the cards are all that special, but because when I scrolled back through my feed, I found that I posted cards using the same supplies from this dang kit exactly one year ago 😳🤪 I knew these scraps had been haunting me for a while, but I didn’t realize it had been a whole year, to the date 😆 Just another reason why prioritizing my stash is a good idea 🤭

Annnnd, I love how these turned out! I cut up spare envelopes for the striped paper, and dug through my scraps for some vellum and sentiment embellishments 💌

In my never ending quest to use up my stash, I recently grabbed my Desert Details goodies and have been slowly putting this stack together. I really love how the embossed gold sentiments tie in with the soft desert theme 🏜️ I started with a bunch of random scraps and it feels great knowing they made their way onto cards instead of the bin! 💌
