The feeling of creating something with your hands and watching it become art is.

That is what I love about raw desserts. They can be vibrant and nourishing, yes. But they can also be complex, elegant, playful, surprising, and deeply satisfying.

My team got bigger đź’š

For years, my goal has been to create programs where students feel truly supported while they learn, practice, and create in their own kitchens.

Because questions do not always come up neatly during class.

They come up when your filling is not setting.
When you know I taught something, but cannot remember where to find it.
When you are halfway through a recipe and need help understanding what to check next.

That is why I created Chef Cora.

Chef Cora is my new AI support assistant inside my programs, created to help students navigate lessons, clarify questions, troubleshoot more confidently, and feel supported between teaching moments.

I was hesitant about AI at first.

But I also care deeply about helping my students feel guided, especially in those real kitchen moments when they are making a recipe and need support right then.

Chef Cora does not replace my lessons, my community, or my lived expertise.

She is here to support the learning.

My hope is simple: That students feel more supported, more guided, and more confident as they continue creating inside Crystal Dawn Culinary.

I’ve been wanting to experience this retreat for so long, and finally got to share it with my twin sister… and it truly exceeded every expectation.

From the yoga and meditation, to the breathtaking scenery, relaxing massages, and the most beautiful sauna + cold plunge experience… every detail felt so intentional.

Add in nourishing vegan breakfasts, peaceful hikes, and being surrounded by nature, it was exactly what I needed.

Light, fluffy coconut almond sponge layers.

A creamy Raffaello-inspired truffle filling.
Candied almonds for crunch.
