Henry VIII was born on this day in 1491, you probably know him best for his six marriages (divorce, beheaded, died, divorce, beheaded, survived). This doll was inspired by the lost portrait by Hans Holbein the Younger, which I’d probably the most iconic image of Henry and the copies of which will be first to show up when you google him!
