This Daffodil Platter is now available at The Atrium | Downtown Sarnia

The platter is wheel thrown and glazed in my Seagull White glaze. Subtle yellow stitching is on the handles. The daffodils are hand-painted.

Not only is it decorative…This platter is created to be used and enjoyed!!! It’s both dishwasher and microwave safe!!!!!

Thanksgiving.

What am I thankful for??? My life. Literally!!! I almost died on July 24 because of a complication during a routine pacemaker implant. I was awake throughout the entire Code Blue.

This trauma completely changed how I view a lot of situations and people. I discovered who/what really matters and let go of who/what doesn’t.
I no longer sweat the petty stuff. Life’s too short and it’s not guaranteed.

Focus on the good.
Only you can make yourself happy.

Thank you for being a part of my happiness 🫶🏼🩵

Coming to The Atrium | Downtown Sarnia ! 6 packs of Itty Bitty Pumpkins 🎃

Each pumpkin is hand sculpted by my very own hands. Glazed in fun glazes. Fired twice in the hot belly of Bernice and thoroughly cat-scanned by my Supurrvisors. Today’s Supurrvisor is Keelie.

Once approved? They become available for adoption. 🤗

When Lord Grayson wants attention?
He makes sure he gets it!!! 😽

I had a good day today just playing around with my Boo-bies in my studio (sorry! That never gets old saying it!). But I did…have a good day in my studio. Sculpting and decorating my Boo-bies.

It’s incredibly mindful creating without any expectations, deadlines, or distractions (other than required Supurrvisor breaks).

I know that Joyce Foy was enjoying some creative fun in her pottery studio today.
What did you do today that you enjoyed?

I’m in love with how my Mushroom tray looks!!!!

It took a long time to create but I’m really happy with the results.

The first photo is the results after glaze firing. Only the sides are glazed. Ian Chung Glacier.
The second photo is after bisque firing.
The first photo is painted on greenware using Mayco Colors Stroke and Coat and not yet fired.

This was the creation that brought my mental health out of its trauma. I’m still struggling and in survival mode but I’m doing my best. Mentally and physically. Just trying to enjoy my here and now 🫶🏼
