A few things I’m grateful for. The potatoes I grew for the pirogies, sugar baby pumpkins for pie and pumpkin pie creamer 🤤🤤🤤 everything turned out wonderful. #2026

This time of year is sad to see everything go but always amazing to see how big some of these heads get! This one was 13”!! Our tallest one was just under 12 feet! This year I am going to attempt to make roasted sunflower seed!

Okay…. I am patient person. And always believes in “everything happens for a reason”. Both planes arriving on the island and departing the island have been delayed…. What have I learned….. maybe direct flights are best….Saving money means being and delayed and possibly means missing connecting flights. This should be an interesting trip home. Hopefully the air gods will help us along and we will make it home tonight!!!!
