Grandma McBea's Gluten-Free I am Celiac. I have family members who are Celiac as well and wanted to make my Gluten-free baking available to the public. Scratch made, not from a package.

I am also a Grandma to 5 beautiful Grandkids.

Had a scammer today. Ordered 5 dozen cupcakes and wanted to etransfer...normal, no problem, I have auto deposit.
Except it didn't work and they wanted me to click in the email... not a chance....
Then pestered me to call a specific number and get things fixed...again, not a chance..
Did call the police though... I will follow up tomorrow with the fraud department.
Quite disgusting in my opinion.

I am back on my feet! Slowly...
Did some cookie baking today.
Lemon crinkles, Ube crinkles, chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and chocolate coconut macaroons.
Took me a couple of days for dough preparation, but I managed, with a few rests in between.
Let summertime begin!!

I wanted to offer the bread for sale but it is too expensive. I would have to charge atleast $12.50 per loaf. Just seems crazy to me even.
