Regrowing - I’ve been busy this year with a new job and haven’t been posting much, but I’m still working on things too! This is one of my current works-in-progress, a little introduction to for me. 😍🥰 it likely won’t stay on top of the drawing in its finished state, but I’m not totally sure whether I’ll be able to capture the line work in the way I am imagining. We shall see! 🤣 Model reference from the amazing 💗💗

What We Leave | What We Take - on now at the Art Gallery of Alberta, 3rd Floor Gallery, March 8 - August 24, 2025.

“In this final exhibition marking the Art Gallery of Alberta’s 100th anniversary, fourteen Alberta artists consider collective and individual futures while reflecting on two interrelated questions: What can we hold onto? And What will we leave behind? This exhibition considers what we need, what we don’t, what is possible to maintain and the marks and legacies we leave.”

The Pocket Toolkit for Traumatic Times has been reimagined into a large-scale interactive installation as part of this amazing exhibition. I am so honoured to have been selected and to be amongst such talented Alberta artists. This is a monumental achievement for me to be exhibited in such a large public gallery, and I am so proud of the effort I put in to get there. The installation includes digitally printed templates of the toolkit to colour on the spot and takeaway, and the large wall prints all have tactile elements that can be interacted with.

2025 highlights (but not all of them!) this past weekend was amazing - a true community care experience. So many fats. So many fashions. And SO many friends. I hope to be able to come next year, and the year after, and so on.

It’s hard to stay soft in a world that is constantly trying to hurt you and others in our communities. But our softness adds beauty, compassion, and kindness to the world - we need more of that now than ever. Do not let these times harden you - but DO fight for a more loving, equitable future.

New suncatchers will be available at and online in February. 🤩🤩🤩🌈🌈🌈

People Like You Belong in the World. NEW!!! This collab with came about when I saw a post of theirs with this photo and caption, and was so moved. The post goes into how just existing in the world as a person with a non-normative body is such needed representation, and shows others like us that it’s ok to be out in public, be alive, be in love, and so on.

We need you. You belong here. Please keep fighting, and we will fight beside you.

Get this print at coming up January 31-Feb 3 in Seattle, WA and online in the coming weeks. 😍😍
