J’ai passer 3 belle journées à donner une formation privé à faire des couteaux, à mon frère Charles et ami de longue date Pee-Wee. Tout les deux tres abile et un plaisir à être avec. Bien réussi Charles et Pee-Wee.

Just done 3 awesome days giving a private knife making class to my brother Charles and Pee-Wee, a long time friend. Both are skillful and lots of fun to be around. Well done Charles and Pee-Wee.

It’s busy in Gilles shop today! He is finishing up a knife making class with a couple of great guys! The knives are looking pretty terrific and Gilles is very proud of their work! Have a great weekend everyone! 🙂 Pellet Knives

Just finished giving a private one on one class with Charles. What a talented guy. His first knife, a forged 7” K-tip Gyuto. Really well done and we had a blast. A pleasant couple of days for sure.

Perfect set!!
Just out the door today. A 8 3/4” Gyuto with a great choice ( by the customer) of wood for the handle, Dyed Maple burl, spalted Birch and African Blackwood. Nice and safe in a spalted Maple and Cherry Saya held with an African Blackwood pin. And to keep the knife razor sharp, a 12” strop. Pretty sweet set!!

A 7 1/4” forged Gyuto with dyed Maple burl handle also with a Maple and Cherry Saya locked in with a Cumaru pin.

Un couteau special pour un amie de longue date.
Un Nakiri de 6” avec une poignée fait de loupe de cêdre, de cumaru et de Grénadille d’Afrique. Le chopper idéale pour légume.
