Ingredients:

• 3 cups cooked rice (preferably cold) 🍚
• 6–8 slices bacon, chopped 🥓
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten 🥚
• 2 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
• 1 tbsp butter or oil 🧈
• 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
• 1 tbsp chopped green onions 🌱
• Optional: sesame seeds + spicy mayo drizzle 🌶️✨

Instructions:

1. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Remove and keep the fat in the pan. 🥓🔥
2. Add garlic and sauté for a few seconds. 🧄
3. Add the rice and stir well to break any clumps. 🍚
4. Push rice to one side, pour in eggs and scramble them. 🥚
5. Stir the eggs into the rice and add soy sauce + butter. Mix well. 🍶

• 12 oz (340g) fettuccine pasta 🍝
• 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
• 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• 2 tbsp butter 🧈
• 4 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
• 1/2 cup dry white wine OR chicken broth 🍷🍗
• 1 cup heavy cream 🥛
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
• 1/2 tsp paprika 🌶️
• 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional) 🌶️🔥
• Salt & black pepper 🧂
• Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
• Lemon wedges (optional) 🍋

👨‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Cook Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain & save 1/2 cup pasta water.
2️⃣ Sear Shrimp: Heat olive oil in skillet. Season shrimp with salt & pepper, cook 1–2 mins each side till pink. Remove & set aside.
3️⃣ Make Sauce: Add butter + olive oil to same skillet. Sauté garlic 30 secs. Pour in wine/broth, reduce by half. Stir in cream & simmer 3–4 mins.

For the Caramel Glaze:
• ½ cup butter 🧈
• 1 cup brown sugar 🍯
• ¼ cup milk 🥛
