Out of 25 lbs of Roma tomatoes I made 8 one litre and six 500 ml of diced tomatoes. Using 4 simple ingredients is all you. Roma tomatoes, garlic, bottled lemon juice and pure sea salt (no iodide added ) it kept my morning busy but it’s all worth it.
