Today I got to take part in releasing some baby snapping turtles 🐢. The momma turtle had laid her eggs infront of my glass shop and so I called the Turtle Gaurdians Turtle Guardians and they came right away to collect the eggs ! Fast forward and 5 days ago these little ones were hatched , they reached out to me and asked if I wanted to be apart of the releasing the babies into the wild today! 39 baby turtles in total and released into the same lake their momma came from 🐢 🩷 Next spring make sure to reach out to Turtle Guardians if you see a turtle laying eggs or a nest and give these little fellas a better chance at survival
