Die Genügsamkeit 

It is the art of being happy with what you already have. Not settling. Not giving up. But genuinely looking around at your life and thinking: this is enough. This is good. 
In English the closest word is contentment but Genügsamkeit goes deeper.
It is a way of living. Slowly, gratefully and at peace.
