I made a pot of German Beef Noodle soup. I used ASA Beef-Free Broth and WOW! ... It is sooooo good! I found the recipe online and of course altered to my liking. I had cubed stewing beef and a ziploc of diced carrot & celery already in the freezer to use. Next time I will leave my veggies chunkier but needed to use up what I had first. My husband normally wouldn't like this type of soup but loved this! It was simple, quick & very DELICIOUS!
