Soft minimalism meets boutique hotel energy.
Here’s a first look at our .

We layered warm microcement floors and walls with large-format tile to create a seamless, calming backdrop with soft texture and minimal contrast. The custom oak millwork adds warmth and functionality, while layered lighting and clean architectural lines keep the space feeling quiet, elevated, and intentional.
The goal: a space that feels luxurious without trying too hard.

Even the tiniest powder room can have big ideas.

This powder room is small, so every inch had to work a littke harder. Instead of a traditional towel ring, we integrated a slot directly into the counter so the hand towel is always within reach without taking up wall space.

The homeowners also have young kids, so we kept them in mind throughout the design. We chose a single-handle wall-mounted faucet that’s easier for little hands to use, and the wall-to-wall ledge became the perfect soap perch, low enough for the kids to reach too.

Sometimes a single detail sets the tone for the entire design.

When the clients first sent an inspiration picture with terracotta tones, all I could think about was this light fixture from . I immediately showed it to them, and we all fell in love. From that moment, the direction of the entire powder room fell into place: warm tones, playful energy and a little bit of drama.
