My POV: Ang isa sa mga advantage ng pagiging dividend investor, may option ka kung paano mo gagamitin ang “sweldo” mo. 😎

Puwede mong i-withdraw at gamitin, or mas exciting—i-reinvest ulit sa stocks na gusto mong dagdagan. 🔄📈

After a lot of consideration, research, and reflecting on my goals and age, ito talaga ang strategy na nakita kong mas fit sa investment profile at goals ko.

Hindi naman ito one-size-fits-all. Iba-iba tayo ng goals, risk tolerance, at financial journey. Para sa akin, ang importante ay consistent, patient, at may long-term mindset. 💪

Hindi man ganun kalaki ang kita, mas maigi pa rin kaysa hayaan lang na nakatengga ang pera sa bangko. 💰

Ang importante, tuloy-tuloy lang hanggang maabot mo ang goal mo—lalo na kung ang pangarap mo ay magkaroon ng financial freedom at maagang pagreretiro. 🙏

Sa investing, normal lang na minsan umaakyat, minsan bumababa ang portfolio. Parte talaga ‘yan ng journey. Ang kailangan mo ay pasensya, disiplina, at consistency.

Tandaan, walang easy money. Kapag may nangako sa’yo ng malaking kita sa napakaikling panahon, mag-ingat ka. 🚩 Malaking red flag ‘yan, dahil maraming scam ang nagsisimula sa pangakong “malaki at mabilis na kita.”

Mas okay ang mabagal pero sigurado, kaysa mabilis nga pero baka mawala naman lahat.
Patience + Consistency = Long-term Success. 📈
Huwag habulin ang mabilis na pera. Buuin mo ang future mo, isang investment at isang hakbang bawat araw. 💪💰

In December 2025, I helped my wife start her investment journey by opening a Wealthsimple account. In just 7 months, with less than $5,000 invested, her portfolio has generated a total return of $716.89, including $546.71 in dividends.

To me, this highlights the power of long-term investing. Her money isn't just growing in value—it's also generating income through dividends.

When you compare that to leaving the same amount in a traditional savings account, where you might earn less than $100 over the same 7-month period, the difference can be significant.

This is one of the reasons I believe in putting money to work instead of letting it sit idle. Small, consistent investments can make a meaningful difference over time.
