And that’s a wrap on the 2024 garden!! 🍂
It took some time, and some extra hands on deck (thank you, Dad!), but the final garden tasks are completed for another season.
I always forget just how much work this final stretch is. Well, maybe not forget, but more avoid. Thankfully the beautiful weather (and a good audiobook!) helped me stay on track this weekend.
After the dahlia tubers and gladiolus bulbs are dug, cleaned, and stored, seeds are saved, w**d barrier paths are rolled, drip tape is lifted, and the garden is cleared out and rototilled… what’s left is a beautiful blank slate and a chance to start fresh in the new year! 🙌🏼
What’s next? Well, I’ve been squirrelling away dried flowers and have lots of ideas for them! Stay tuned 😉
🫶🏼THANK YOU🫶🏼 to you all for supporting this little business of mine! It was a great year of beautiful blooms, subscription bouquets, special deliveries, workshops, pumpkins, and encouraging flower chats with so many of you. Thank you to for your continued support as well!
