these are so good and convenient!!! I got to try all of their flavours and my favourite one is actually the high protein mango, also I got the mint chocolate for my baby boy because he LOVES that flavor 🍫 I love adding coconut water or regular is fine, but it is the perfect quick and easy prep for on the go or if you’re busy at home!!!

White Oaks Mall getting the glow up 💅 👀 it deserves!! Such a fun spot to check out all the new businesses. First I had to try the latte + matcha at their new cafe .ca and then headed over to for a fresh assorted pack of scones 😍❤️ if you spend $17 or more you get to spin the wheel for a free item!!! baking with the love of my life 🤎🙌 absolutely chaotic and entertaining!!!

2 cups blended oats
3 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup any milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
dash cinnamon + choc chips🔥

bake at 350 for 40 minutes 🤎

Some of my fav toppings: walnuts, almonds, coconut
