Grater 2 lemon, cut them and squeeze out juice, mix juice with part of lemon zest and 125 to 150 g sugar, beat it, add 4 egg yorks, beat it well, gently add 300 g flour( with 1 tsp baking powder) progressively, add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, add 8 to 10 cl milk ( preferably diluted condensed milk) and mix very well, beat the egg white to snow and add them gently, slowly to the mix, add some vanilla, lemon zest, pinch of salt and baking soda.
Pour this in an oiled oven pan , half of the paste, lemon west, add the other half, bake at 175 c for 45 to an one hour.
Enjoy a natural cake, soft, tasty.

J' ai fait la pâte à pizza avec 250g farine, 1cc levure boulangère sèche, 18 à 20 cl d' eau tiède, 1/2 cc de sel, 2 cs huile d'olive.
Garniture:
Salami(à volonté )
Purée de tomate
Oignons+Poivrons sautés, poudre d' ail, origan, poivre blanc et...MOZZARELLA
Cuire 6 à 10 min 250C.
