1st layer Ingredients:
●½cup butter
●¼ cup sugar
●1 egg
●1¾ cup gram crackers
●½ cup coconut
●⅓ cuo walnuts

2nd layer Ingredients:
●½ cup butter
●2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
●2 tbsp custard powder
●2 cups icing sugar
●1 tsp vanilla essence

3rd layer Ingredients:
● 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
● ½ cup heavy whipping cream

✨️The Nanaimo bar is a no-bake dessert bar that traditionally consists of three layers: a graham wafer crumb and shredded coconut base, custard-flavoured butter icing in the middle, and a chocolate ganache on top. It is named after Nanaimo, British Columbia, where it was popularized in the years following the Second World War. It subsequently rose to wider prominence after Expo 86. In 2006, the Nanaimo bar was declared Canada’s favorite confection by a reader’s poll in the National Post.

Chicken Kabsa Rice 😋👌

Ingredients:
●3 cups of rice washed and soaked
●3 tbsp ghee
●1½ onions chopped
●1 large finely grated carrot
●tomato puree of 2 large tomatoes
●chicken stock cube
●2 small cinnamon sticks
●2-3 green cardamoms
●4 cloves
●1 bay leaf
●2 dried lemons

Kabsa Spice blend:
●½ tsp black pepper
●½ tsp garlic powder
●½ tsp ginger powder
●½ tsp paprika
●½ tsp chili powder
●½ tsp coriander powder
●½ tsp nutmeg powder
●½ tsp cinnamon powder
●½ tsp cardamom powder
●¼ tsp cumin powder
●¼ tsp turmeric

Daqoos Ingredients (spicy tomato chatni)
●3 large tomatoes
●1 small onion
●3-4 green chilies or as per taste
●1 tbsp lemon juice
●3 garlic cloves
● pinch of cumin powder (optional)
●salt as per taste
●½cup fresh mint/ parsley/coriander
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy with Kabsa

NOTE: Boil the chicken in water on a medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until chicken pieces are cooked.

Simple cherry pie 😋👌

Ingredients:
●Puff pastry
●1 egg for egg wash
●½ cup cream cheese
●1 cup whipping cream
●2 tbsp honey/maple syrup
●Fresh cherries as needed

Note: bake the puff pastry at 400f for 25-30 min or cook it according to the time and temperature mentio and on the pastry box

Ingredients:
●1kg beef with 20%fat
●2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
●4-5 thai green chilies or more as pwr taste
●1 cup fresh coriander chopped
●1 cup onions finely chopped
●1 tbsp salt or more as per taste
●2 tsp red chili powder or more as per taste
●2 tbsp red chili flakes
●2 tbsp corriander seeds roughly crushed
●1 tsp carom seeds
●2 tsp cumin powder
●2 tsp garam masala
●½cup maze powder (Makai ka atta)
●2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
●1 egg
●4 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
●oil for frying
🌟Note: After finely chopping the onions, squeez all the extra water as much as possible. This will help in keeping the shape of chapli Kabab. Take minced meat with 20% fat which means 800g of meat and 200g of fat.

Ingredients:
⭐️In a pressure cooker, add:
● 1 kg bonless beef
● 500g split chickpeas (washed & soaked)
● 1 large onion
● 2 inches ginger
● 10 cloves garlic
● 8 dry red chilies
● 1 tbsp salt or as per taste
● 1 tsp red chilies powder
● ½ tsp turmeric powder
● 2 tbsp cumin powder
● 2 cups of water
⭐️In a clean cloth, add:
● 2 tbsp whole corriander
● 1 tbsp whole black pepper
● 2 small cinnamon sticks
● 2 bay leaf
● 6 green cardamoms
● 2 black cardamom
● 4 whole cloves
⭐️After cooling the mixture, add:
● ½ cup Fresh coriander (chopped)
● ½ cup fresh mint (chopped)
● 1 tbsp Fresh red chilies (chopped)
⭐️Note: I made 35 shami kebabs with this recipe, each weighing around 50g. Make sure to knote the cloth tightly before adding it to the pressure cooker. After releasing the pressure, mash the mixture with a woden spoon for the rayshaydar texture. Keep cooking on low heat until all the water evaporates. Before adding the fresh ingredients, make sure your mixture is completely cooled.
