ZibiMade

ZibiMade It all started with a vision for an accessible, online marketplace where all the community could come together as one to sell their wares efficiently.

We envisioned fair prices, for high quality artwork and home goods made by Indigenous hands.

At Zibi Made, our collection of authentic Indigenous musical instruments carries more than sound. It carries spirit, tradition, and generations of knowledge.

From beautifully crafted hand drums and drum sticks to powerful rattles made from real deer hide and traditional turtle shells, each piece is handmade by skilled Indigenous artisans who pour respect, care, and cultural teachings into every detail. These are not factory-made replicas. They are living expressions of culture, ceremony, and connection to the land.

The drum is often called the heartbeat of Mother Earth. The rattle carries prayer and rhythm. Whether you’re deepening your ceremonial practice, learning traditional songs, or simply honouring Indigenous artistry in your home, these instruments are made to be felt as much as they are heard.

Every purchase supports Indigenous makers and helps keep traditions strong for the next generation. Experience the sound of tradition. Shop authentic Indigenous instruments at Zibi Made. 👉 https://zibimade.com

An INUKSHUK (a hand-carved soapstone example by one of our artists pictured) is a powerful Indigenous symbol of guidance, community, and resilience. Traditionally built by Inuit peoples, representing "in the likeness of a human," it served as a marker to guide hunters and travelers safely across vast Arctic landscapes, offering direction, presence, and reassurance that others had passed through before.

Today, the Inukshuk represents unity and cooperation, reflecting the strength found in working together. It also stands as an important reminder of Canada’s Indigenous roots and the need to respect, honor, and preserve the cultural knowledge and traditions that continue to shape the country.

⚡ History in the making!

The Kitigan Zibi Nation has filed a land claim over traditional territories in western Québec. It’s a move for recognition, stewardship, and Indigenous self-determination.

And yes, private landowners.....your properties are safe.

Every step like this strengthens community, culture, and the right to protect the land that has always sustained us.

Big news! 🎉

We’re excited to announce the birth of ZibiMade — an online collective showcasing Indigenous artists and makers, starting with Algonquin creators from Kitigan Zibi.

If you or someone you know would like to be featured on ZibiMade, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re not doing consignment — we purchase your art directly at a fair price. The work is then listed online, and after covering our expenses, any profits will go back into the community to support Indigenous artists and help them grow.

Let’s celebrate, support, and elevate Indigenous creativity together. ❤️✨
