[Sent with Free Plan] A working room that doesn't apologize for being one.

The office at Sixth Line goes deep on smoked oak — floor-to-ceiling shelving and a full millwork wall — then grounds the desk on a slab of veined marble so the eye has somewhere to land. Warm, low-lit, a little serious. The kind of room you'd actually get work done in, not just photograph.

One rule we keep coming back to: let a single material carry the weight and keep everything else quiet.

This is our design render; Sixth Line is in construction drawings now.

A whole-home renovation, five rooms, one through-line: warm wood, soft white, and just enough brass to catch the light.

The kitchen anchors it — marble island, oak accents, black hardware — and the same restraint carries up to the ensuite's freestanding tub and the primary bedroom. Even the staircase got a moment: one console, an olive branch, and room to breathe.

With a full home, the goal isn't to make every room loud. It's to make them feel like they belong to each other.

This one started as a dark, dropped-ceiling room: black lattice, black lacquer, barely any daylight. We took it the other direction entirely — sage banquettes, warm oak, brass, and a wall of arched rattan that catches the afternoon light.

Café Atelier is a small brunch-and-coffee spot, so every seat had to feel like the good seat. The marble tables and globe pendants carry the room; the soft palette keeps it calm even at a full house.

A commercial café is a different brief than a home, but the aim is the same: a space people settle into and don't rush out of.

Well, progressing on 6L project. Ready for framing and new truss system. Design is under way too. Some changes to make but that's okay. Changes are normal in our world

The powder room on our 6th Line project — the one space in the home with no functional excuse, so it gets to be the boldest.
Small rooms let you commit. We pulled the finishes tighter and let one material carry the room, so a space you’re in for two minutes still leaves an impression. Powder rooms are where we tell clients to take the risk they were nervous about everywhere else.

Black Nero Marquina on the floor and the tub exterior. White Calacatta in the shower, book-matched slabs running floor to ceiling. The geometric patterned tile runs down the middle — connecting the ensuite to the walk-in closet without a seam.
The charcoal vanity and the fitted closet read as one sequence from where you stand at the door. A whole wing, not just a bathroom.

The entry is the first view of the river.
Black steel windows, limestone tile, oak stair. Everything here is aimed at the backyard — which backs right into a river. The great room picks it up from there.
