Residential Design Proposal - Hudson’s Bay Building, Montreal

Completion: Semester 6, Winter 2026

Project Type: Mixed-Use Luxury Development

inHABITare is envisioned as a mixed‑use residential community that elevates the standard of luxury living in the heart of Downtown Montreal.

Rooted in the belief that urban life should support both comfort and connection, the project blends timeless architectural character with a refined modern design approach to create a living environment that feels warm, intimate, and enduring.

At its core, inHABITare is designed to redefine family‑oriented urban living. The development encourages families and young professionals to build their futures within the city by offering spaces that adapt to evolving lifestyles. Residential floors prioritize privacy, serenity, and elevated comfort, while the mixed‑use podium introduces curated public and semi‑public areas that foster interaction, belonging, and community life.

Shared amenities and public interfaces are intentionally programmed to bring people together. These include wellness‑focused facilities, communal lounges, landscaped terraces, and ground‑floor retail that activates the streetscape and invites the surrounding neighbourhood into a welcoming, human‑scaled environment.

Overall, inHABITare is a luxury urban sanctuary, a place where exclusivity and community coexist, where families can thrive, and where residents experience a sense of belonging within a prestigious and thoughtfully curated setting. It is a development that celebrates connection, comfort, and contemporary elegance, allowing residents to truly feel at home in the center of Montreal.

Last night’s vernissage marked the end of an unforgettable three-year journey at Dawson College in Interior Design. Looking back, it’s hard to put into words how much these years have shaped me, not only as a designer, but also as a person.

Through every late night, critique, presentation, and project, I’ve grown creatively, professionally, and personally. This program challenged me in the best ways and helped me discover my voice and passion as a designer.

I want to sincerely thank all of my teachers for their guidance, patience, encouragement, and for sharing their knowledge and passion with us throughout the program. A huge thank you as well to my classmates and peers who made these years so memorable. Going through this experience together created friendships, support systems, and moments I’ll always carry with me.

Most importantly, thank you to my family and friends for your constant support, encouragement, and belief in me throughout every step of this journey. None of this would have been possible without you.

Feeling incredibly grateful after such a special evening and excited to continue my journey as an interior designer this fall at Algonquin College, where I will be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow, learn, and evolve as a designer while taking this next step in my education and career.

Recreational Design Proposal - St James Theatre, Montreal

Completion: Semester 5, Fall 2025

Project Type: Exclusive/Private Casino

Collaborator: Kayla Mayen

An opulent escapade where fine dining, lounge bars, live entertainment, and gaming come together to create a fully immersive experience

Designed for an elevated clientele, this casino offers a highly curated environment that prioritizes intention, atmosphere, and connection. Taking a humanistic approach, the space brings back meaningful interaction through refined, low-tech service, enhancing the overall guest experience in a world that is often overly digital.

Inspired by the elegance of the Jazz Age and the spirit of the Roaring Twenties, the design reinterprets Art Deco with a modern lens. Rich materials, layered lighting, and carefully composed spatial sequences invite guests into a setting that feels both nostalgic and contemporary.

Whether arriving solo or as part of a group, guests are encouraged to immerse themselves in an unforgettable night out, where live music, dining, and gaming flow seamlessly together. Each moment is designed to linger, to engage, and to elevate.

As guests ascend through the casino, the atmosphere transforms. Spaces become more intimate, more refined, and increasingly exclusive. The energy shifts from vibrant and social to private and indulgent, guiding visitors through a carefully orchestrated journey.

At its peak lies the ultimate destination:
It’s the VIP of the VIP—les hautes mises des hautes mises—a
world reserved only for those who play at the summit.

Apple Office Design Proposal - La Tour Deloitte, Montreal

Completion: Semester 4, Winter 2025

Project Type: Commerical Office

Recognition: Recipient of the 3rd place Teknion Award

This innovative office blends high-tech and low-tech elements while staying true to Apple’s iconic minimalist style. Clean lines, thoughtful materials, and intentional simplicity create a space that feels modern, inviting, and inspiring, designed to encourage creativity and collaboration. The use of light wood and soft, neutral tones directly references Apple’s current design language, where natural materials and subtle warmth are used to balance sleek technology.

This project was especially meaningful to me. I have a strong connection to the Apple brand and a strong desire to bring my own vision to life. Staying true to Apple’s signature look while still being playful and innovative was central to my process, and finding the balance between a client’s needs and my own creative voice is what ultimately shaped this design.

Welcome to Primiani Designs!

I’m Tania Primiani, a final-year Interior Design student at Dawson College, and I’m thrilled to finally share my design journey with you.

From a young age, I’ve been driven by a love for spaces — how they make us feel, how they function, and how they reflect personality. At Primiani Designs, I aim to create interiors that are bold, functional, and meaningful — spaces that inspire and leave a lasting impression.

I’m passionate about exploring ideas outside the box, experimenting with color, form, and atmosphere, and finding creative solutions that balance practicality with beauty. Travel and cultural experiences are a huge part of my inspiration — I love seeing how architecture and interiors evolve across cities and history, and I bring these insights into every project I work on.

Collaboration is at the heart of my process. I believe that sharing ideas, combining perspectives, and staying open to experimentation creates the most thoughtful and impactful designs.

Throughout my studies, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that highlight my attention to detail, curiosity, and dedication to meaningful design. Every project is a chance to push boundaries and create something unique — a space that is not only beautiful but also functional, personal, and memorable.

I created Primiani Designs to share my work, my inspirations, and my vision for interiors that tell stories and elevate everyday experiences. This is just the beginning of my journey, and I’m excited to bring you behind the scenes of my projects, my experiments with design, and the ideas that inspire me.

Follow along and get to know the world of interior design through my eyes!
