Susegad..... that's how life should be.
Like every event needs a venue, and played the perfect host to a reunion of friends after two decades where we celebrated life and all its offerings. I mean, how can I cheer with a chorizo feni cocktail?
Who does that? Vamanos said the mixologist. It hit the right spot with the heat and felt like Goa in a glass. Wow, wow, wow.
A teatoller amongst us had a moocktail CocoLoco. The flavor composition was mucho loccco. Refreshing coconut water with hints of caramel. There were so many more that if I described them, it might sound like a paid promotion, so let's just jump to food straight away.

I love Pate and creton and the resident French soul in me was pleasantly surprised with the mushroom pate. We do have vegetarian friends, so imagine my surprise.
Holy Molly, it out could have fooled me that it was vegetarian. So I jumped to have a bite at the cafreal on a crostiene. The flavor profile of a local delicasy taken to a whole new level. Subtle, and yet it packed the quintessential Goan punch. WoW. I did have a main and every movie needs a hero, and it definitely stood out, but that's for another day.
