Life lately…
We custom built a home & renovated several times before but let me tell you a condo is way different than a house and living there while it happens with a dog is not for the faint of heart. A couple weeks ago all 4 of us reached our breaking point and there may have been a melt down or two. I keep reminding my family and myself that we will look back in this time of change with some funny stories and that it will all be with it.
We are about 85% complete with phase 1, waiting on painting/wallpapering, the installation of all the light fixtures, completion of the slat wall panels & the drapery. Our plan is to be here for 3-5 years so, I went into this project with a very tight budget and was only working with in stock, off the shelf items - no custom anything, well except for the drapery, because that is my jam. I can’t wait to share the finished spaces with you as they are completed!

There has been quite a bit of change for my amazing kids in the last few months & they are ready for what this new school year has to offer. Thankfully they are attending the same school, for the first time since grade 4, which selfishly makes our lives a bit easier.
