Six wonderful people. Six completely different pieces. And one very fun day of learning stained glass 😊

This past weekend’s Complete Guide to Beginner Stained Glass workshop was such a great group. Everyone came ready to learn, willing to give things a try, and—most importantly—enjoy the process.

From the first cuts of glass to the final soldering, there were lots of little moments of figuring things out, trying again, and watching their pieces slowly come together.

And look at what they created! ❤️

You should all be incredibly proud of what you made. You came in as beginners and left with a beautiful piece of stained glass that you made with your own hands.

Thank you for spending your Saturday with me, for your enthusiasm, your laughter, and for making the day so much fun.

This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of spending the day with an amazing group of ladies creating their very own Rooted in Light stained glass pieces, beautifully mounted on driftwood.

I absolutely loved seeing each of you put your own unique spin on the project. From the colors and glass choices to the way you brought your pieces together, every one is truly one of a kind — just like the artists who created them.

You all did such an incredible job, ladies! I hope you’re feeling proud of what you created and that you’ll find the perfect little spot at home to display your beautiful pieces.
