Well I failed ...

I always SAY that I am going to take lots of pictures of things and then I get sooooo sucked into the process of making it that I forget to film.

I had a lot of fun making these bouquets and they are some of the last of the season. I haven't gotten a full frost in my microclimate, but I know other folks have. Almost the end of another growing season for us.

If you need some spring bulbs (daffodils or tulips), I sell them in a variety of quantities, so you can always DM and ask for the selection!

If you want an arrangement that will last you into the winter, think about a dried arrangement!! I have hydrangeas, strawflowers, marigolds, and so much more!

I'm thoroughly enjoying the fall season, but omg I'm going to be so sad when frost hits. This has been, BY FAR, my most prolific flower season to date. This is a weird time because I actually have both fresh and dried bouquets available.

Flowers send messages that you can't say in words. They say "thanks for being there" or "I wish you were here. It is so wonderful to see people's faces light up when they get flowers and I am SO happy that they are enjoying some Ottawa Local flowers. You are ALWAYS welcome to DM me if you want flowers that send a message.

I am not going to make a video about donating flowers and where I donate them to because that isn't really my style. I want to do something good for the sake of something good. I guess me mentioning it is maybe the same kind of thing 🤔... Who knows, but you can know that they go to people who could really use them!

This custom arrangement was a beautiful thank you. I actually couldn't even get the entire arrangement in a picture!

I love doing custom work and I use the freshest local flowers. The growing season will only be another few weeks at most, so send a loved one a message before it is too late!

You can build your own bouquet tomorrow out of FRESH or DRIED flowers!! No entry fee!

I'm not ready for the season to be over! It is so cool working with nature to create a product, but the downside is the end of season is SO unexpected. We know around when the last frost is, but not exactly when everything will officially be done.

I still love working with local flowers and I made sure to save flowers inside prior to potential frost happening, so don't worry, Bouquets and Brews is still happening 😊

You DESERVE it.

Honestly... I think you all deserve to have some flowers after putting in a whole week of work! Whether that is at a 9 to 5 , running around with kids, taking care of someone else or yourself all week, or you have a small business like me and work randomly, take a second to make yourself a bouquet and grab a drink. I have seen people make a bouquet in 15-20mins or even make a whole night of it. The choice is truly yours for how much of an evening you want to make of it (I know I hate driving in the dark, so you are welcome to make a bouquet and head home)
