Those who knew me when I started know that I used to have mini cakes. They were very popular as they were just enough to finish in one serving. We are now introducing sliced cake instead. Still single serving, just in a different format. Coconut cake slices will also be available along with the black cake at a vendors market near you!! Full cakes, including banana rum cake, are still available.... Just in time for Easter.
