🥑 Episode 3 of Making Mayo 🥑

Avocado oil mayo

Avocado is a relatively healthy option for neutral oils. It has a mild taste and a high smoke point.

Recipe:

1 Egg 🥚
1/2 teaspoon of salt 🧂
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
Juice of half a lemon (seeds removed)
1-1.25 cup Avocado oil

1 cup will yield a runnier mayo. 1.25 cups will make a thicker mayo. Keep adding oil until your preferred consistency!

We bought to many cherries from Desert Hills 🤷‍♂️

🍒 The rich espresso is balanced by the sweet and tart cherry. A perfect summer iced coffee. Cherry 🍒
