As a family we have found the impact from Covid-19 detrimental to our physical and mental health by using our resouses we have been able to move forward in our journey as a family. The main way we have done this is by spending time in our local forests as a family gathering and chopping fire wood by hand. This is giving us something positive to do, exercise and the benifits of working outdoors.
