Project Update | Vancouver Multi-Family Townhouse Fireplace Installation 🔥
Another Litedeer Homes project is ready to move into the installation stage.
Our electric fireplaces have now been delivered to the Vancouver job site and distributed into the individual townhouse suites.
Following our site review, the fireplace feature-wall framing, openings and electrical preparation are ready for installation.
The next construction sequence:
Install the electric fireplace
Test and confirm fireplace positioning
Coordinate the finished opening
Install the stone slab
Complete and inspect the final fireplace feature wall

Coordinating the fireplace before the finished stone is installed is an important part of achieving a clean, integrated feature wall while maintaining proper installation and future service access.
