Unlocking the Power of a Bright Palette 🎨

Many of our clients are hesitant to use light colours, fearing their home will lack personality. The reality is the opposite! Using bright, light walls is one of the most powerful tools in our design kit. Here’s why:

From nature to your living room. Here’s how we draw inspiration from the powerful hues of Niagara Falls.

1️⃣ Misty white: Perfect for fabrics or walls to create an airy, open feel.
2️⃣ Light blue: A calming shade for kitchen cabinets, accents and artwork.
3️⃣ Blue - green: Adds a luxurious, bold statement for your bathroom tiles.
4️⃣ Slate grey: Grounds the space and adds sophistication.

There's no greater designer than nature itself. 🌊 We're absolutely inspired by the raw power and serene beauty of Niagara Falls—the misty blues, the deep aquamarines, and the rugged textures. It's a perfect reminder that the most impactful interiors are those that bring the outside in.

The anatomy of a perfect morning corner. ☀️

As a design specialist, I believe our homes should be filled with spaces that serve our well-being. This patio nook is my daily reminder to pause and it was designed with intention.

Here’s what makes it work:

Function First: The practical chairs and the small table are about comfort and durability, proving good design doesn’t have to be precious.

A Symphony of Texture: The vibrant tablecloth, the evergreen leaves, the blooming red geranium, the palm tree and the hanging basil basket create a rich, layered look that feels alive.

A Natural Canopy: Being surrounded by the wisteria tree makes it a truly private escape, showing how to use nature to design a space outdoors.

It’s in this quiet moment, with a coffee and a design book, that I often find the best inspiration for my Niagara clients' projects. It’s all about creating that same feeling of peace and purpose in their homes.
