Hello friends! (Sorry in advance for the long post)

I'm posting to ask for some insight into the needs of elderly people, people with disabilities and people with any sensory challenges, any challenges with dressing for any reason, either self dressing or being dressed by a care giver. I'm looking for comments about what's currently on the market, what works, what doesn't, what you'd like to see available, any ideas you may have for clothing and accessories for this demographic.
What I see in the market currently looks "institutional" and repetitive. How many people in a care facility have the same garments ordered from a large company? It doesn't have to be that way. Where is the dignity in that?
If you work or have worked with this demographic of people, have challenges yourself, or have a friend or family member you care for, I'd like to have a conversation with you and would appreciate your insight. Please send me a message when you have the chance to answer the above questions and any follow-up questions I may have.
