Shaker style cherry desk.

I’m very happy with how this desk turned out. The main desk is solid cherry, except for the cherry plywood used in the panels. The bottom rails are all curved, and the legs have a taper at the bottom. The drawer case is pine finished with black milk paint. The drawer k***s are walnut.

The wood is from a tree that was cut down in my grandparents backyard a few years ago. From my count of the growth rings, the tree was 70+ years old.
