🌙 Rise of Her
The first Rise of Her cohort graduated last Sunday and I am beyond proud of these women!!

Watching their confidence and life grow over the last 13 weeks was one of the most rewarding experiences.

I’ll be sharing some of their wins and transformations over the next few weeks!

I’ll be spending this maternity leave working on upgrading and adding even more for the next cohort that launches in March!

🤍 Personal Update
If you’ve been following my stories, you know the last six months have been a bit of a Tower card mixed with a Death card season.

On top of all the foundational life changes happening behind the scenes, this pregnancy has brought its own challenges. I have placenta previa, which means more bed rest, an early delivery, and my very first C-section, which honestly makes me a little nervous.

So this maternity leave is going to be about slowing down, welcoming baby number five, building my new foundation, and pouring everything I’ve learned during this season back into Altar & Vine.

Thank you for being here through all of the highs, lows, and plot twists. I truly appreciate every single one of you. 🤍

Your new life is going to cost you your old one girl.

Friendly reminder that you cannot keep asking for a new life while holding onto the habits, patterns, fears, and environments that are keeping you stuck in the current one. Like literally, you CAN NOT have both.

And that is uncomfortable AF.

So many people want the abundance, the peace, the healthy relationship, the confidence, the freedom, the joy, the deeper friendships, the healed nervous system, the dreamy business… but then they never actually change anything.

They stay in the same cycles, make the same choices, avoid the hard conversations, the changed the KNOW they need to make, and wonder why nothing shifts. 🤔

At some point, you have to become brave enough to “f**k around and find out.” You have to try the thing. Say yes to the opportunity. Set the boundary. Leave the relationship. Heal the wound. Start over. Reinvent yourself. Trust yourself enough to build a life that actually feels good to wake up to!

Because if you stay exactly where you are, doing exactly what you’ve always done, your life is probably going to keep feeling exactly the same. Right?

And THAT is exactly why I created The Rise of Her.

We’re less than five weeks away from graduation, and watching what has happened inside this mentorship has been so much bigger than just “learning spirituality.”

I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this part of my story.
Not because it isn’t true, but because it’s vulnerable, so layered, and honestly… very messy.

I grew up deeply Christian. Church multiple times a week. God was the way. The only way.
I didn’t even realize not believing was an option.

Then adulthood cracked everything open.
I questioned & pulled away. I swung almost all the way to atheism and that terrified me more than I ever admitted.
Because if none of it was real… then where did my dad go?

When I lost him suddenly and tragically, I stood at a crossroads of belief.
I wasn’t trying to rebel and I wasn’t trying to replace religion.
I was trying to survive grief, fear, and the feeling that I was different — like I could sense things, feel things, see things that didn’t fit neatly into any box.
Who was I?

So I did what so many women do.
I went down every rabbit hole.
Googled questions I was almost embarrassed to ask.
Tried to figure out if I was intuitive… or just broken.

And the hardest part? I did it alone.

No mentor or roadmap. No one saying, “You’re not crazy and you don’t have to blow your life up to find your truth.”

That’s why I created The Rise of Her.

Not to tell anyone what to believe.
Not to pull anyone away from God or toward anything else. Because I still believe in something.
But to hold space for women who are waking up, questioning, expanding and (this is a big and) don’t want to keep doing it in isolation.

This is for the woman who’s tired of piecing herself together through Google searches.
The woman who feels called to more, but doesn’t want to lose herself, her beliefs, or her sanity in the process.
The woman who knows she’s meant to rise, but wants guidance, safety, and real integration.
