🌸 Happy Easter weekend 🐰🌸

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately… life has just been a bit full, and I haven’t had as much time to share like I normally do 💕

But I still wanted to pop in and show you what I made for Easter this year. These sweet little crochet eggs and my farmhouse bunny were such a joy to create, soft, simple, and full of those cozy spring vibes I love so much 🌷

Even when things feel busy or overwhelming, creating still brings me a little peace… and I’m really grateful for that.

💕 Heart Cactus – Valentine’s Day Edition!

These sweet little crocheted heart cactuses are perfect for Valentine’s Day!
Each one stands about 3” tall and is available in five colours:
dark red, light purple, vibrant pink, and soft pink. If you would like, it also comes with a little note explaining the symbolism.

🌵 The symbolism:
A heart cactus is a symbol of resilient love — steady, strong, and full of quiet love. Like true friendship, it weathers tough moments and still blooms, making it a meaningful reminder of love that lasts.

💚 The story behind them:
Last Valentine’s Day, I wanted to gift these heart cactuses to my local Buy Nothing group, where I’m an admin. I had enough yarn to make about 8… and then the response absolutely blew me away. A generous group member donated more yarn so I could make enough for everyone who wanted one — and I ended up making 50 heart cactuses!

That moment led to people asking me to make other items, and before I knew it, Michelle’s Crafty Corner was born. These little heart cactuses will always hold a special place in my heart as the piece that started it all. ❤️

I’m so excited to share some of the Valentine’s Day day items I have been working on. I will be offering cute and cozy decor items as well as gifts perfect for giving to your Valentine!

🌲 ❤️ This year my daughter and I wanted to hold onto the cozy vibe of the Christmas tree and decided to swap out the large Christmas Tree for a smaller pencil tree adorned with sweet crocheted hearts. I’ve made 3 sizes and offering them in 2 colour choices, pink or dark red. If you have a sweetheart tree as well and would like to add these hearts to your tree, please message me to order your set!

💕Sweetheart garland is the perfect addition to your mantle, shelf or mirror to add a little cozy touch to your Valentine’s decor.

🪴 I wanted to add a little Valentine’s Charm to my coffee table tray. I made a crocheted plant pot cover to had that cozy touch. If you would like one it can be a made in any size to fit over your plant pot and any colour or colour combination you would like. Mine is done in deep red, pink and cream. I also included 2 little puffy hearts I had made last year 💕

Other items I am working that will make the perfect gift for your Valentine are key chains/bag clips, pocket hugs, heart plushies and the item that started it all…the heart cactus. Stay tuned for pictures and the story behind the heart cactus 🌵 💕

🧶 Sometimes handmade gifts are the best gifts to give ❤️

Having to post this as separate posts as I can’t upload pictures and videos in the same post. So please check out my others posts to see the pictures and videos of the 2 gifts I made for my daughter Emma and my partner Jason.

Jason is a huge fan of the Tiny Chef and asked me awhile ago if I could make him one. I decided to surprise him for Christmas. If you aren’t familiar with the Tiny Chef, search him up. He’s pretty funny lol

You will see in both of their videos how special their reactions were. Those moments truly warmed my heart.
