We have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States because of the ongoing trade and customs uncertainty between Canada and the U.S.
For years, Canadian businesses and customers have faced higher costs, added paperwork, and unnecessary delays when shipping across the border. Recent changes and proposed tariffs have made that imbalance even more difficult. While Canada continues to support cross-border trade, American policies are creating additional costs and complications for Canadian businesses—costs that can ultimately be passed on to customers.
Rather than risk unexpected duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, or delivery delays for our U.S. customers, we have decided to pause shipments until the situation becomes clearer and we can provide a reliable, transparent shipping experience.
This decision is not a reflection of our American customers. We value your support and appreciate everyone who has supported Chain Reaction Canada. We simply do not believe it is fair to send orders into a system where costs and responsibilities remain uncertain.
