Becoming The Man I Am Today

. The amount of growth you can make over 1 year is incredible. A lot of times I forget to take the time to acknowledge myself for the courage it takes to become the strongest version of yourself so rapidly like I have. . It's not a comfortable journey.. It's a lot like building a strong deadlift. . It takes courage to start a health and fitness journey. It takes self belief, self love has to be there and faith in the process. . It takes disipline, persistence, commitment, and Decisiveness to get fitness goals achieved. . Courage, self belief, self love, disipline, persistence, commitment, and decisiveness in combination are a recipe for success, peace and happiness. . I've learned over this year the reality of this; the reality that strength training is what taut me and continues to teach me about my character, body, mind, soul, spirit Because I Approach it with the Intent to Become the strongest version of myself. In all aspects of myself. . I love what I do and im blessed to be able to do it everyday and share it with you either here over the phone or at @strengthcampbc .
