Pumpkin Spice Muffins from The Porridge Mom

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves

398 ml organic pumkin puree, 1 tin
2 eggs
1/2 cup pure avocado oil
1 tsp organic vanilla essence

Stir the dry ingredients well. Wisk the wet ingredients well and then combine the wet into the dry and stir with The Porridge Mom spurtle!

Spoon into a greased muffin tin for 12 and bake at 375 F for 20 to 22 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and allow to rest in the tins for 10 minutes before removing muffins from the tin.
