Intro Time!
A great big hello to all of you! My name is Melissa Liew and I’m the founder and designer behind Melissa Liew Design.
After spending nearly 10 years working for design/ build firms in Toronto and learning the ins and outs of the design world, life pulled me in a different direction post pandemic. I moved out of the city to settle in the KW region and started a new chapter of my life. After managing and completing multiple renovations & design jobs, I decided to jump in and go for it – MLD was born and I’m so grateful to be able to share my expertise with you all!
My focus lies in lifestyle design. I believe that all spaces should be three things – personal, beautiful and above all, functional. When they are well designed and balanced, our day-to-day well-being and experience improves - we gain motivation, confidence and joy in the simple act of being immersed in surroundings we love.
