Modern British Restaurant by Gordon Ramsay. I have heard different reviews about the food here. I tried the beef wellington (their signature dish) and it is as exquisite as Gordon Ramsay would describe it. The meat is so tender & juicy. Mushroom lining between the pastry & the meat is heavenly. I really enjoyed the food, deliciously till the last bite! To me, its definitely worth the wait! The service was good as expected..

Today a gd friend of mine recommended to go to this Gluten Free Restaurant for lunch. Dem’ gnocchi!! never thought I would like gnocchi that much until I stepped into The Butcher’s Wife @ had their plate of their sweet potato buckwheat gnocchi with Rosemary butter sauce. Their menu which classifies dishes into vegan, vegetarian, dairy free categories. Every dish we had were amazing & the vibe in this restaurant is fantastic as well!

Tugged away in a quiet spot along Kallang River in what looks like an abandon industrial building, Lucali BYGB is a delightful place to be. The ambience was nice with a lot of natural sunlight, space & happy vibes. The NY style pizza was massive! (18’ pie) and able to feed 4 people. The menu selection is limited but curated with great concept!

Ippudo, one of my fav ramen place in Singapore. This is the Akamaru Shinaji Ramen. This is a modern refined style ramen with creamy tonkotsu broth enhanced with a special blended miso paste, fragrant garlic oil, adding depth and richness when you mixed the thin noodles, pork belly chashu, black fungus etc together.

This is Putu Piring, a steamed rice cakes made with rice flour encasing a filling with pure coconut palm sugar, topped with freshly grated coconut tinged with a little salt. At Haig Rd Putu Piring, traditional techniques are still practiced. Their gula melaka (coconut palm sugar) used here is imported from Java, Indonesia. Its pure with a hint of smoky, savory flavors.. simply delicious😋
