From writing code as a software engineer to crafting experiences in hospitality, my journey has always been driven by passion. Inspired from a young age by Chef Gordon Ramsay, I found my love for the culinary world—and today, that vision lives through Simpl Cafe.

They say never meet your heroes—but he was everything I had imagined and more: inspiring, composed, gracious, and genuinely kind.
