I helped co-organize an Eid al-Fitr gathering at Roncesvalles United Church on this blessed Eid for my spiritual family, and Mash’Allah what a turn out and celebration with Eid prayers, khutbah, and delicious potluck. I made a chocolate cake to celebrate (see photos) and feed the masses… It was a glorious day, Alhamdulillah for all of Allah’s blessings.
My eleventh Ramadan through worked its magic on me and for this I am so grateful. I pray we all receive the gifts of this holy month of Ramadan — that they fill us, heal us, and give us all we need for a long time to come Insha’Allah, Ameen xxo
